How To Submit an RFP/RFQ
To submit your RFP/RFQ for the Nebraska Chapter website send the following information via email to cbrodersen@cityoflavista.org:
- a paragraph (or two) summarizing the RFP/RFQ along with a website link to the complete documentation
- a submission deadline
- a contact name and number.
There is no charge for advertising RFPs/RFQs on the website or in APA Nebraska's electronic newsletter, where it will also be listed provided the submission deadline is prior to the issuance of the next newsletter.

The City of Dubuque is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to update the Downtown Master Plan. Downtown Dubuque is the historic heart of Iowa’s oldest city, shaped by its Mississippi River heritage, remarkable architecture, and longstanding commitment to preservation. Known for its natural beauty, historic buildings, and vibrant mix of neighborhoods and districts, downtown blends riverfront charm with a thriving urban environment. This project will help guide future development, revitalization, transportation, housing, and public spaces while honoring the community’s unique character.
