City of Fremont, Nebraska Vacant Property & Housing Conditions Assessment
The City of Fremont is looking for a qualified consultant to undertake Vacant Property and Housing Conditions Assessments to identify, quantify, and map conditions and characteristics of vacant property and housing within the census tracts 9638, 9639, 9640, 9641, 9642, 9643 and 9644 that comprise the City of Fremont and its extra-territorial jurisdiction. Data to be collected and mapped include vacant parcels, parcel ownership, zoning, non-conforming uses, area of lot, condition of lot, condition of structures, vacant buildings, flood plain designation, evidence of flood damage, occupancy, condition of infrastructure (sidewalk, driveway, curb, street) adjacent to the parcels, and utility status. The study will help determine the extent of housing in need of rehabilitation, the extent of dilapidated housing, and opportunities for redevelopment and infill development, and the potential creation of a land bank.
The deadline to submit is 4:00 p.m. September 20, 2024

- a paragraph (or two) summarizing the RFP/RFQ along with a website link to the complete documentation
- a submission deadline
- a contact name and number.
There is no charge for advertising RFPs/RFQs on the website or in APA Nebraska's electronic newsletter, where it will also be listed provided the submission deadline is prior to the issuance of the next newsletter.
